I kept track of them all as I went through the guide, here are my notes.
5: Meet Asa Cloudsinger, not Jaina
36: no npc named Marla Featherfoot, did not turn in to her, turned in to Dorian Atwater
45: no npc at specified location, waypoint is to Tiragarde Sound, should be Drustvar.
46-68: same problem, coordinates in TS instead of Drustvar
75: Waypoint points to Tiragarde Sound instead of Stormsong Valley
