Dugi Settings (right click Dugi icon) -> Frames -> tick: Move Objective Tracker
You may have to do a “/reload ui” before you can move the tracker.
If that doesn’t help, then try “/dugi reset” (resets frame positions).
If you want a cleaner looking Objective Tracker, you can go to:
Dugi Settings (right click Dugi icon) -> Display -> Recommended Preset Settings -> Drop down menu -> Pick one. I use Multi-step Anchored.
