If your purchase is shown as active in the members area on the left hand side but you’re missing the paid guides.
1. Load the Dugi installer
2. Click on the settings and enter your DugiGuides Username (not email) and Password
If it doesn’t say “Welcome, username” then you have entered the incorrect credentials, make sure username and password is correct.
4. Click Reinstall (after a new purchase)
