I have the achievement but can’t get the quest “Sandscar Breach” from natal’akata. he is not showing a statement symbol over his head, nor when I speak to him does he have anything to say regarding the quest. Do you have any idea what I am doing wrong?

not sure, have you already complete the follow up quests? try going to current guide tab and click the reset then reload button, and make sure you didnt miss any quest steps
