Cursing sticking to dugi arrow and zone map

I have separated my arrow/zone map as I prefer it up top but am having an issue every now and then where I go to move the arrow/zone map and then my curser has stuck to it and I cant do anything with my curser. The zone map just moves around with my curser and I cant click on anything. I dont get any errors. I end up having to reload game or closing it without the use of my mouse.

I was just wondering if this is part of the issue with the other issues at the moment.

Can you please ensure that you have the latest version.

If the problem persists, can you please try typing /dugi fix

Ensure that the Icon Arrow is disabled by going in to the Settings > Dugi Arrow and then uncheck Icon Arrow.

If none of the above helped, perhaps you can help us by providing a screenshot and or a short video of this occurring and try to demonstrate how to replicate the issue.
