Dugi item button

can you test with only Dugi enabled, from all our tests the item button should be working. 

try testing with a new character, 2nd quest from dwarf starter zone uses a quest item

I am having the same issue. Tried on several characters, and this is the only addon I use. I can see the button highlight as if I am using it when I use the key bind, as well as when I hit the button with the mouse. But it doesn’t activate the spell/item, or whatnot.

Please try /dugi fix, can you also ensure that DugiGuides is the only addon enabled.
