Here is a quick video with only Dugi addon enabled. https://streamable.com/zczwl9 Notice my FPS jumps in half when looting a quest item. It seems that when the item hit my bag the guide updates and causes a subtle chop in fps. This going from 200 fps to 100 may not seem bad but its the sudden chop that causes issues. When in zones that you have to kill X number of enemies for quest objectives the add on is unusable. If you kill 2-3 mobs at once the fps drop is huge and appears to lag the game for 1-2 seconds at times. As a new customer of Dugi, i’m happy to see the 60 day satisfaction guarantee. If this is not a fixable thing i will be opting for the refund. Thanks in advance.
I have that same problem!!! and when i change zone map the same problem occurs!!!

Just exiting a zone when travelling or walking. I will try to create a video and post it soon as possible! thx for the fast response!
April 27, 2020 at 2:05 am #167971Video 1 shows the current fps drop when looting a quest item (v1 -https://streamable.com/zlu552);
Video 2 shows the another current fps drop when changing/exiting zones while walking and sometimes travelling (v2 – https://streamable.com/3a96zj). Without Dugi addon i feel it is like more smoothing and with it on some times the screen freezes quickly.April 27, 2020 at 4:26 am #167972can’t seem to replicate the zone change lag, see http://somup.com/cYftfbizH8
so this is an odd one, while the quest item loot is in visible if you watch the FPS counter, it is very hard to notice it otherwise.
we do notice that the retail addon is noticeably smoother when completing quest, so I think we should be able to improve it
April 27, 2020 at 5:19 am #170644@guburatto are you able to provide a video without dugi or any other addon? to show fps behavior with no addons enabled.
I have also read that applications like Steam, Discord that provides an in-game overlay, it drains your FPS horrendously! So either disable the in-game overlay or exit the application before playing the game.

Yes sure!! here we are: https://streamable.com/7g8n45
no addons or any programs activates. I didn´t used any kind of applications in the other videos too.p.s: with Dugi fps drain https://streamable.com/ia1zn3 – sorry deleted the old link. couldn´t record other video showing the “lag ” screen when change zones.
April 27, 2020 at 10:59 pm #167976ok i just made more 2 videos with and without dugi addon showing the fps loss probably causing the screen “lag” . No apps enabled:
Dugi ON – https://streamable.com/7xpqn9
Dugi OFF – https://streamable.com/dbkzm9April 28, 2020 at 3:17 am #167977guburatto said:ok i just made more 2 videos with and without dugi addon showing the fps loss probably causing the screen “lag” . No apps enabled:Dugi ON – https://streamable.com/7xpqn9
Dugi OFF – https://streamable.com/dbkzm9the zone transistion lag i think is because of the Zone Map POIs, because there are a lot of POIs showing, this is known to reduce FPS the more POIs you have, there isn’t much we can do about this.
Try disabling Track Quest POIs and test again

i turned off the Track Quest Spawn..seems worked for the transition lag but i still have fps drop for questing loot itens.
May 2, 2020 at 3:23 pm #167991I have found that while in a group the frame drop is worse. Its almost like it is trying to read the parties quest completion even though i have party sync beta turned off.
https://streamable.com/mj1m0u
Also i found if you take your mouse and use the scroll dot on the quest log to move up and down it causes huge fps drops.
Anyways just wanted to update with a couple videos..
Still looking for an update.

Your issue was the questing loot item and we fixed that up last update. Are you still having the same problem?
