Classic Quest. Pick up, travel, use thing in bag, go back and turn in.  Easy 6600xp

Starting in Ironforge outside the entrance. There’s a large table with food & drinks on it and a questgiver with the quest “Honoring a Hero”.

If you’re Alliance then just travel to the Southshore flightpath and follow the river north into the Western Plaque lands or if you already have the flightpath then just fly directly to Chillwind Camp in Western Plaquelands. Go left (or right when coming from Chillwind Camp) to the building (see link) and use the thing in your bag and then head over and pick up the flightpath and fly back and turn in.

Sorry don’t know the Horde route but I’m sure it’s just as easy
