I am a bit unclear on the breakdown of the Guides.

On the Products page it says the Burning Crusade guide covers levels 60-70 in Outland.
Does that mean it does not also include levels 1-22 in the Blood Elf starting areas?

Or all the levels in between? Do I need the Classic guide as well for a complete run from level 1-70 in BC?

Leveling areas will be included in TBC.
How Blizzard did this to separate the expansion packs from the main client “Classic” so you would level up your character in classic or you can bring a character over to TBC, in doing so will prevent that character to come back to Classic. However, the 1 – 60 guides from Classic should also work in TBC if that character is not yet 60, others in the forum had also said they have managed to use classic guides in TBC to level their low level character.
I hope that makes sense and that answers your questions. :)
@Dugi correct me if I am wrong.

Thank you, it has answered one question.

It is still unclear to me if the TBC guide offers levels 1-70 or just the starting areas and then 60-70 in Outland.
