      Hi!  I am having an issue with the in-game guide.

      I paid for the full guide (monthly subscription), but in game NONE of the advanced options purchased are available in game.  Only the basic version.  (For example, the achievement guide literally only has the winterspring gind from Classic, starting at lvl 55.  I bought the guide for the BfA Pathfinder achievement)

      My active subscriptions are:

      • Dugi In-Game Guides WoW Retail next bill 11/12/20 
        All in one package for both Alliance & Horde Leveling, Loremaster, Dungeons, Gear, Dailies, Events, Achievements, Professions, Reputations, Titles
        Includes All Patch & Expansion Updates
      • WoW Leveling
        Includes WoD Updates
      • WoW Lore & Dungeon
        Includes WoD Updates
      • Extra Tracking ModuleThis will add extra tracking on your map for achievements, rare npcs & pets.

        1. Load the Dugi installer
        2. Click on the settings and enter your DugiGuides Username (not email) and Password
        If it doesn’t say “Welcome, username” then you have entered the incorrect credentials, make sure username and password is correct. 
        4. Click Reinstall (after a new purchase)

          Hi Dugi!

          I have a worse problem. I get the correct welcome, everything seems to have loaded, but I don’t get a chance to set the guide for my area as I get a LUA failure almost instantly and it keeps coming back.

          I don’t know if this is a “guide” problem or ?  I have nothing else running.  Does the following mean anything to you?

            You still need to update the addon, check your install path is correct and reinstall

                  I have that same error, just reinstalled as well. 

                  You still need to update the addon, check your install path is correct and reinstall. 

                  Check that you have the latest update by checking in the addons menu. 

                  Do this to confirm that you have updated. 

                  1. Delete DugiGuidesViewerZ folder in your WoW/Interface/Addons folder
                  2. Enter the game and confirm that dugi is gone from the addon menu 
                  3. Reinstall

                    I have reinstalled, I get the welcome bknumber1, all my products are listed, guide still doesn’t show up in game.  It’s loaded and I have the DG icon, but no arrow or guide selection interface.

                      Click on the DG icon and make sure its in Gold mode 

                      if you can’t switch to Gold Mode then it’s likely you have the twitch/curse guide-less version installed.  

                      Make sure you set it to ignore with your Twitch installer and reinstall only with Dugi
