      I forgot how I can “catch up” to the leveling guide with a character I have played for a while. Like a reset or right click or something-please remind me or point me to instructions thanks

        pick a guide close to your level, (I recommend slightly below your level)  and addon should automatically tick completed quests and steps and try to follow the guide. 

        There is a reset and reload button that you can click in the current guide tab
