Same here. My problem started yesterday morning and there were no related forum posts at the time. My wife has the same issue on her PC. I submitted a Help desk issue yesterday afternoon.
Same here. Put in my ticket 15 hours ago. No response. I guess Dugi and staff are on Christmas vacation. I play Wow by using the World of Warcraft Launcher myself. It uses the 8.787 version of DugiGuides since that is the last one that was successfully installed. Hope to hear from Dugi and Company before the New Year.
