Thank you for changing the floating arrow design to put any teleport requirements in the centre of the screen, it was a good change.

The Icon arrow is not designed to be moved, you can adjust the Radius in the arrow menu. 

Or you can move the Zone Map arrow or the TomTom style arrow. You can disable the icon arrow in the Arrow menu.
