      I have loyalty with you and do not have the achievement or newest content for Dragonflight. The only option it is giving me is to pay $30. I emailed you several days ago about this and have had no reponse.

        Hi, I am sorry to hear that you aren’t getting some content, have you made a ticket here?
        The ticket may not be immediate, however your issue should get resolved.

            I have told Dugi, so he might answer your ticket a bit sooner.
            Just like Blizzard, tickets get very busy and will incur longer wait times than usual, just need a bit of patience.
