Dugi shows the starting guides but does not show guides for any of the other areas. Outland, cata, uldum, none. I have always had these but after installing on a new PC all these and more are missing. Nothing under Professions or dungeons either.

I figured it out my install was not done under my user name. Was I entered it everything was fine.

Yep, that can do it, always ensure that your username and password is correctly entered, a key indicator would be the Welcome, {username}!. If one or both are incorrect, Welcome, Trial User! will be displayed with only the trial guides listed. If you click reinstall, these guides will be installed.
