I loaded the Netherstorm guide and it is stuck on the Guide Complete.  I try to force it to start at the beginning, but cannot do so.  There are no waypoints and it keeps deflecting to the guide complete box.

Hmm…I will use something else until this gets fixed.  I also noted numerous waypoints are not even close, causing some serious issues, but google always comes to the rescue.  

I am using Wrath-Classic leveling guide.

Hold off on this please.  I did not realize the extent that Outland is a progressive zone, in that you need to do some quests in previous zones in order to see quests.  I also may have jumped ahead in level (like could be done in retail).

I am backtracking and everything is working as usual, with the caveat that some icons for quests are misplaced.  This is especially true in SW castle, though if you just look around a bit, what to do is simple enough.
