So I was finishing the Westfall guide and decided to start the next step, but there was nothing else. The guide is empty from level 17-20. I decided to reinstall the guide and now it put me in “free trial” mode and can’t even access the 12-17 guides.

make sure you have the paid guide installed 

Load the installer and if it say trial then you have entered incorrect information
click on the settings
Enter correct username gvalerin (not email)

Enter correct password
If username and password are correct it will say “Welcome, gvalerin“
click reinstall button.
