I’ve tried 4 different browsers on 2 different pc’s and 5 different cards. Both debit and credit card. Gives the same declined message. Yet Blizzard was able to process the Shadowland pre-purchase today with one of the same cards with no problem. So at this point I am unable to use guides on any of my mid or upper level toons. I decided to activate and use a PayPal account. It processed successfully that way..
