      I’ve been unable to get your payment system to accept my payment.

      I’ve tried 4 different browsers on 2 different pc’s and 5 different cards. Both debit and credit card.
      Gives the same declined message.
      Yet Blizzard was able to process the Shadowland pre-purchase today with one of the same cards with no problem.
      So at this point I am unable to use guides on any of my mid or upper level toons.

        hi,.I’m not sure what the issue is, your email or card might be blacklisted by clickbank or your country of purchase is not supported. 

        can you open a ticket and tell us what you want and we can accept direct payment to our paypal account dugi at ultimatewowguide.com

            can not change payment plan

              @sarah0609 try going to https://www.clkbank.com/ this is the initial place that makes the payments, or alternatively, you can create a ticket https://www.dugiguides.com/amember/helpdesk and a staff member will point you in the right direction.
              P.S I am so sorry for the late reply, I missed this post.
