      Hi  Dugi,
      I bought the retail guide for the monthly fee yesterday using my ipad. I just logged into my level 55 pally and a message came up saying “Player Level 55 guide not installed” in white.
      You did state that I didn’t need to buy the extra Shadowlands guide when I asked the other day so I wonder what’s going on.
      I used the manual install as Mac OS Big Sur wouldn’t accept the automatic install – said it wasn’t up to date.

        Make sure you are logged in with the installer and click reinstall to install the paid guides after a purchase

          Turned out all I had to do was select a guide and then I was good to go! Thanks Dugi for your response :)
