      Once we’ve subscribed … don’t we get a notification when it’s about to expire, so we can opt to renew or not?  Or is it up to us to remember?
      Had an issue recently and had no idea that the problem was that it had lapsed.

        the annual doesn’t auto renew and you don’t get notification at the moment
