      This is a pretty tough mob that is a very rare spawn-you could wait hours. You have step 11 (actually using the head to get quest) as optional, but it should be step 10 where you have to find him that should show optional, and also very tough fight, suggest a friend.

        This is still in the current guide. I agree with “zion563” that it should be optional. According to Wowhead comments you can risk waiting days for him to appear.
