2 days or 3 days ago (I think I was using version 8.744) I followed the BfA Leveing Guide and on the step to get to the marked location (Castaway Point / Stabby Jane) it suggested to ride to the next fly point (using the normal mount). From my view it was faster to First use the boat to the fly point above the marked fly point (to just get over the water to the fly mount fly point). Maybe you can update the guide to combine all possible transportations for the taxi system. On the Taxi settings tab all transportations are checked.
it does include the boats to its calculation, but its tricky and not perfect we’ll try to improve sometime.
