I logged in today and for some reason my dugi in game app has reset to trial account. No matter how many times I have tried to put in my correct info, reload and even reinstall it wont switch back and now I can no longer access all that I have paid for. It does not xpire untill 10/21 but if this issue does not get resolved I may have to let it go and no longer use this. I have been a member for the last 14 yrs and to me this is crazy I can’t get any help or response to this issue
