      I created a lightforged draenei, after completing the intro the guide will not let me do the BFA guide even though i have the intro quest for BFA.  The guide loads but i cannot bypass the switch guide prompt.

        I’m not sure what you mean, can you load the BFA guide manually? do you have all the guides installed?
