      In Step 11 – the guide sends you to Thunderbluff to pick up a quest called ‘[18] Journey to Tarren Mill’ – Apothecary Zamah in Elder Rise.

      Apothecary Zamah isn’t in Elder Rise but in The Spirit Rise.
