Any screenshots or Videos to show the issue? All my tests so far don’t show any of this. I also use a recorder for these guides which is unstable by itself and yet still not doing what your describing, though now and then in dungeons or using some steps in existing guides it does exactly what you describe. Which is caused by the recorder active, but it’s not the addon that’s the cause in this instance.
If you can provide videos and or screenshots to illustrate this issue, it could help identify what’s going on etc.- In-Game look for around the MiniMap
- Left click it, then un-check Track Pets
Before Un-Checking “Track Pets”After Un-Checking “Track Pets”When ever you want to do Battle Pets or use this side of the features etc just check the “Track Pets” options and it’s instantly enabled, no need for /reload.I hope this helps.Hmm, I can defiantly replicate this, however, I can 100% separate the guides from the objective tracker frames.
- Type /dugi config
- Click the gear cog
- Go to Settings
- Change “Recommended Preset Settings from to “
However, If you go to Frames and then uncheck ‘Objective Tracker Frame Border’ the Guides frame will disappear. You can bring them back if you go back to the down drop and select Minimal (again).
I’ll bring this to Dugi’s attention and possibly work on a solution to this issue.
Thank you for bringing this to our attention.Happy New Year, I hope you and your family are well and safe, and I hope you and your family/loved ones have a wonderful and prosperous 2024.Be sure that you are on the right floor, Ring of Transferance, the floor with the flight master is on. Tal-Inara is just behind a transfer pad near The Maw portal in the center.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=j7NnSX7A-FcNo there isn’t any farming guides in Classic Era. They are in retail.
No, I don’t think its a game issue, looks like it’s a phasing issue due to patch 8.1.5 and higher, however there’s no hidden quest or anything to track that change. Unless its an achievement, but there’s no sign of one no matter how hard one looks.I do confirm this error, redo the fix I outlined in this comment above, I’ll chat to Dugi when he is available.
It can be due to multiple things, like:- The quest giver is on a different floor.
- You are in a different phase.
In BFA Blizzard has made loads of changes between different patches, 8.0.1, 8.1.5 etc. With searching in wowhead and reading comments, one stood out like a sore thumb outlining the first reasoning’s above. However, the prerequisite for The Port of Zandalar is Zuldazar/run print(C_QuestLog.IsQuestFlaggedCompleted(47514))
The prerequisite for The Zanchuli Council is Zuldazar/run print(C_QuestLog.IsQuestFlaggedCompleted(47514))
Copy this command and paste it in to your chat and hit enter, the output should be either true or false. If it’s false then you’d need to head back to the scouting map and accept Zuldazar. If it’s true then you would need to check where you are going; if you are looking around where scouting map, portals, bank are etc then you are on the wrong floor.- Use the elevator to reach the top floor where King Rastakhan is.
Here’s a youtube video for The Port of Zandalarhttps://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FQhR-oN_btY

Take note where he is. 🧐
Dugi has uploaded the fix, please update to 9.039, we do apologize for any inconvenience this has caused you.
loryth said:I understand this error appears because i created a new char (dark iron at lvl10)It wouldn’t matter what character you logged in to, the error would still show.
This guide is meant to be added for 10.2.5, even if it did load error free, the items will not display and you will not see said objects even after completing last chapter of Guardians of the Dream – New Beginnings. To fix this you can do the following:- Edit file DugisGuideviewerZDugisGuide_Dragonflight_AchGuides.xml with Notepad or NotePad++ or your favorite code editor.
- Find Line 13
- At end of line 13, hold left mouse button and drag mouse up to the end of line 12.
- Press the Del key.
It should look like this in the end.Save and jump back in to World of Warcraft.Dugi would see this and fix it up, if that’s the case, I’ll notify you that he has fixed it up and then I’ll advise you to reinstall the guides. But for now the above is the fix.We only offer support for DugiGuides addon, if this happens with all addons disabled, then you may need to make a support ticket here https://battle.net/support. In making a ticket they will usually tell you to follow common steps they’ve outlined in several technical support guides, unless you reword your issue to them and then and maybe then they will look at this issue more seriously. I just know how they would handle support tickets.Alternatively, you may need to follow this guide everything you can try is listed there and how to do it all.I have also noticed several other posts in Blizzard and other communities with the same issue, and looks non related to Dugi Guides.Worse case scenario would also try reinstalling World of Warcraft.
Then thinking about this, this might not just be software issue as what Blizzard would point out, it could be a number of things that gone wrong. Try to think when was the last time WoW ran smoothly and try to do a System Restore and choose a date roughly around the period when WoW ran smoothly. Without more important information that’s the best advice I am giving.@dollhobbs is there an update on this? I am intrigued with the answer
dollhobbs said:I do not have any of the quests it say’s to abandon. What guide were you using before Valsharah?
What class and race is your character?
What level is your character?dollhobbs said:Next step says to accept tranquil forest from the eye of Odyn. That quest is not being shown. Do I just skip it?If that quest is not shown there might be a prerequisite to meet, I would need more info to correct this for the future, if you can answer the questions, I could then investigate further.
By rights, the Abandon Quest step/s should be ticked if you don’t meet that criteria.-edit-
It turns out, I did a bit of digging around and found that you can’t do Val’sharah questline or any other questlines like Azsuna, Stormheim if you haven’t completed the Broken Shore intro, this also explains why the Abandon Quest step/s weren’t auto ticked.I suggest to head back to Stormwind (if Alliance)/Orgrimmar (if Horde) and then run the Broken Shore intro, it should be done in 45 mins or so, depending how many other players join your scenario instance. Most of the time consuming parts is the Role Play. I understand why most of you skip this segment, however, Blizzard is sadistic and made it a requirement to complete this scenario first.
Okay I take this as its solved, have a nice day
@blondeboyzz are you still getting this error?
