@guburatto are you able to provide a video without dugi or any other addon? to show fps behavior with no addons enabled.
I have also read that applications like Steam, Discord that provides an in-game overlay, it drains your FPS horrendously! So either disable the in-game overlay or exit the application before playing the game.
To be technical here’s a list of troubleshooting steps that I think will normally resolve something like this. If I missed something please let me know nicely. Please don’t forget respect.
- Update Graphics Drivers
- Roll back the last update
- Disable Windows 10 Game Bar
- Disable Windows 10 Gaming
- Windows Settings > System > Notifications & Actions > untick Get tips, tricks and suggestions as you use Windows
- Perform a clean boot
Now most like myself have done all of the above AND still getting low FPS in games.
I always think of others so once I find something I will report back to what it is and whether or not it will help others that are experiencing this same issue.@einistein ??? Yeah I know, just that windows 10 doesn’t do this automatically on it’s own with out this work around, sorry thought people would appreciate this info, obviously not.
Just comes to show how many people want help and other just want to make a subject to argue.
I’d like to add some light to this, to me it seems to be from a Windows update, I am not sure which one, but since one of those Windows updates, it doesn’t matter which game it is there’s sometimes a bottle neck in fps. It does seem a restart does fix the issue to a degree.
I am currently digging around for a fix like the “Empty Standby Memory” issue. I am currently using that method and it is stable, if you aren’t using this, I suggest to follow that guide, trust me. It works on Desktop / Laptop’s.I also read that Graphics Drivers don’t resolve this issue, others have also posted that it doesn’t matter if Windows 10 gaming is enabled or disabled. I’ll still continue to dig around because I am getting the same thing in Guild Wars 2, and I have tested with World of Warcraft Retail and Classic all of which after some time of game play the fps reduction just spoils the game.
Nah, I had the same thing happen to me, auto updated to 1.5.0, and updated all guides. exit the installer. Since I have a shortcut, it doesn’t change automatically, I forgot to change the new .exe “super annoying btw” I just had to change the .exe from 1.4.9 to 1.5.0, click okay and run it, all fixed.
This is why I suggest to look in to changing the installer name to “DugiGuides.exe” under File Version field include the version “1.5.0”.
Now if someone was to right click the .exe file and select “properties”, then click Details tab, File Version should point to that version “1.5.0”.
There can be some sort of creativity here too, there’s Product Version field that can be used, among many others. Food for thought perhaps,April 15, 2020 at 11:00 am in reply to: alot of guide errors and general consistency in questing in classic alliance guide #170656Wow strange attitude, your’e welcome to cancel at anytime, you come in here with claims that the guide is not right, thus far we checked and can’t see any evidence of this. I have checked on a different character and can’t experience this. Sure, my response was a bit direct, I apologize for that.
All we are asking is to provide screenshots with more information given so we can try to replicate it. Videos can be done with fraps, bandicam, dxtory (free options, but limited with minimum time and logo watermarks), if you have nvidia card nvidia geforce experience has in-game recording features.
OBS Studio can be configured to record in-game footage, loads of tutorials in google and on youtube. Screencast-o-matic is also a good one, Dugi and I use it a lot.We aren’t being rude at all, we’re trying to get more information so we can replicate the issue and to identify what’s wrong. At this stage it’s like stabbing in the dark.
Sure you post a screenshot but I have to agree with Dugi, not sure what I’m looking at. More information could be included to guide us what to look for etc.Have you tried to reset the guide then reloaded the guide? By clicking Reset, and then Reload buttons.
I see in the screenshot that the steps are ticked before and after Sentinel Hill, have you tried to tick the Sentinel Hill step?Anymore information that you can give us is appreciated.

@hauntandvoodoo do you have Pawn addon installed?
Could you please provide a complete list of installed addons?
@front243 To clarify things here I used both Firefox and Chrome with only ublock origin enabled with the whitelisted sites as I shown in my reply, all other addons I had disabled.
If disabling extensions doesn’t work you can try the following.
Easiest way is to start the browser under safemode..
Firefox:
Press Winkey + S (windows search) and type Firefox. hold shift and then click the top result. Firefox Safe Mode window will appear, Click Start in Safe Mode button.Chrome:
Right click the chrome pinned icon on the taskbar and select New incognito window
or
Right click shortcut on the desktop and select properties; in Target at the end after the quotes ” add a space -incognito
Click Okay, then double click the shortcut.Any other browser you’d just search in google.com {nameofbrowser} safe mode
ie: brave safe mode or edge safe modeedge is the far worst browser imho.
I hope this helps, good luck
The adblocker message is just a warning, this will appear even if the adblocker is disabled.
You can left click once on the adblocker shield and then click Open the dashboard.
Click on the Whitelist tab, and then add the following:dugiguides.com
clickbank.netClick on Apply changes button.
Go back to the Dugiguides tab and refresh the page, the adblocker shield should be greyed out now, this will happen automatically when you visit dugiguides.com.
As for the error for the Extra Tracking Module, I’ll get Dugi to look in to this for you.
Try repairing within the Dugi Autoinstaller, ensuring that the game is not running. Go to Settings then click Repair.
After that’s finished close the settings window and install a fresh set of guides.Hi deccember,
You can find the BFA guides under Leveling > Battle for Azeroth
Don’t forget to tell her that you like to skip the intro scenario and then use the War Campaign until the guide tells you to switch to the chosen zone.feezmo said:Do I need to install TomTom to be able to use Dugi arrow? I’m new member and I never seen Dugi arrow yet. I tried to turn it on and off in settings many times, but nothing changed.//Dugi Guide is the best addon for wow I ever seen, thank you guys for your job!
No you don’t need TomTom or Carbonite addons to use the Dugi Arrow.
Just ensure that the Classic Arrow is checked Ie:
|x| Show Dugi Arrow
|x| Show Corpse Arrow
|x| Classic Arrow
(The x’s are ticks)You won’t need tomtom if you keep “TomTom Addon Emulation” checked.
I hope this helps, if not you may need to do a repair using the Dugi AutoInstaller and reinstall the guides.Bonjour Cecilou, si la réponse d’Ekrazos ne vous aide pas, vous pouvez toujours faire un ticket sous l’onglet support https://www.dugiguides.com/tech-support/
For starters I’d check the subscription, does it need renewing?
What version of Dugi Installer are you using?Take a look at this guide by football Guide manual installation guide by football.
When you open the DugiInstaller ensure that you click on Settings button and check that you have your Username (not email) and Password entered correctly in their appropriate fields. If you use both, click on Auto Detect Paths.
If you don’t use Classic, tick the Ignore Classic check box and then click on Auto Detect Paths.
If you don’t use Retail, tick the Ignore Retail check box and then click on Auto Detect Paths. This saves the program prompting with errors if it can’t detect an installation.
I am only trying to help, otherwise make a ticket here
