Are you using any other addon like MoveAnything?

The dugiguides addon needs to have absolute 100% control, any other addon that takes this control funny things like above happens. If you really need the second addon look through its options and uncheck anything to do with the Objective Tracker.
You can try to disable all addons except dugi guides, if dugi guides is doing the same thing, I’d do the following
      /dugi fix
click okay and after reload, log out.
log back on to the character.
      /dugi reset
If the issue still remains, I’d exit out of World of Warcraft completely including the battle.net launcher.
Open up the Dugi Guides Installer, click on the Settings button.
Click on the Repair, wait until a confirmation window appears, click on the Okay button, and then Okay button again.
Click on the Reinstall button if it doesn’t automatically download.

I am glad that the video that I linked helped you :)
I am not really familiar with the subs, I am on the old school “loyalty”. I guess yes 30 days 28/29 if you look at Feb.
I’ll notify Dugi, I don’t have access to check your account.

So sorry to hear that you are getting the “You do not have permission” error, this is not a DugiGuide related issue, however a simple google search will result with this video that may help with resolving the permissions issues
As far as ending ones sub, that’s entirely up to you.
It seems the auto installer has issues reported here https://www.dugiguides.com/discussions/#/discussion/14/installer-not-working

            Ensure that you only have:
            1. TradeSkillMatster v4.7.x
            2. TradeSkillMaster_AppHelper v4.0.x
All other TradeSkillMatser modules are for the v3.x version and is obsolete if you are using v4.7.x.
I would ensure that TSM and DugiGuides is completely removed along with the savedvariables.
To do this use the Twitch app and right-click and select Delete on all TSM addons.

This will delete the addon and all the savedvariables.
Download and install a fresh copy of TradeSkillMaster v4.7.8 and TradeSkillMaster_App_Helper v4.0.2.
During this part I would ensure that DugiGuides Essentials is set to be Ignored. Right-click and select Ignore.
            Exit Twitch app completely.
Open the DugiGuides Installer, click on the settings button.
Click on the Repair Button, click on the Okay button and then Okay button again.
Download the DugiGuides package by clicking the Reinstall button.
There may have been a corrupt file somewhere that was causing the .LUA error.
If you get that error again, can you please paste the error in here?
