The main filters seem right.

Can you also check this as well.

1. Open Jewelcrafting window (K)
2. Click on Filter.
3. Scroll down to Sources, ensure that all are checked, if not click on Check All.
4. Scroll down to Slots, ensure that all are checked, if not click on Check All.

I just want to do a bit of process of elimination.

There’s no solution to this in that thread, I hope we get to the bottom of this and get this resolved for you. I also notice that you have unlearned the profession, that should of have been considered last resort, very expensive profession to do that.

Could you please try disabling all addons except dugi gudies?

I spent 3.5 hours today recording more emerald dream questlines, majority of them are exactly this ‘some goal (100%)’, with a progression bar, all of which were completed without any .lua errors/taints.

That is correct, but it doesn’t answer why you can’t learn it, or at least why it’s not showing as an available item to craft.

Let’s take a few steps back here. Can you please open your Professions (K) window and then click on Jewelcrafting, left click on Filter. Please take a screenshot of that entire window without changing anything and ensuring the filter options are still exposed.

Have you followed the Jewelcrafting guide in any way, just wondering.
I am so close to testing on a usa realm, not exactly on your realm, more like Ysera.

While I am preparing my character, can you try using a alt that isn’t super important with its professions, as long as it meets the requirements, level 60 (level 58 min to use Valdrakken portal) and has access to portal to Valdrakken.

The leveling is slightly on hold at the moment because I am updating Pet tracking etc

I am almost done with leveling a new character, am currently 41 and it’s been 10 hours. Zero level boosters.

Can you please try interacting with Jeweler’s Bench, in this video it’s located to the left of the trainer, however, there’s one just outside on the right as well (near some crates).

Are you on North America realms? or are you on Oceanic realms?

What is the realm name?

Are you Horde or Alliance?

I will simply make a new character on the realm you are on and we could party up and take a look that way. Perhaps reimburse gold if it comes to unlearning the profession.

Also Dugi will get back to me with what else we could look at, in case I have overlooked something, two brains is better than one

If you speak to the trainer and then choose Train me option, take a look in there, as I did in my third video, I spoke to the trainer and learned new recipes before I could continue, it’s not like Warlords of Draenor or Legion where recipes will auto learn.

I am now confused, you did those professions, so the principal remains the same for every other profession.

If the step remains on 15-21 Pendant of Impending Perils then manually tick that, I’ll submit a fix to dugi when I got some free time.

On a normal situation I would normally try to catch you while you are online and communicate with you using the GM chat and possibly ask for you to log off so I could use GM tools to diagnose your account, since I requested to leave, Blizzard locked that GM account until I resume my employment with them, it’s their policy. So now I can only use my personal account.

A screenshot of the Trainer npc window would be nice.

1. Speak to npc.
2. Choose “Train Me”.
3. Take screenshot of that window as you see it.

If this is related to WoW, Fullscreen (Windowed) would be the option to use, Microsoft dropped the fullscreen support in DirectX 12, regarding to Windows 8.1 (via update) and Windows 10+ (natively available i.e dx12 available after fresh install of win10 or win11).

If you use Windows 11 you can ensure that Optimizations for windowed games is enabled by doing the following:

1. Select the Start 🪟 button, then select Settings ⚙️.
2. In Settings, select System > Display > Graphics > Change default graphics settings.
3. Select the setting under Optimizations for windowed games to turn it On.
4. Restart your game.

Unfortunately this can’t be enabled in Windows 10, I hope this helps.

I have already answered that, in most cases it may have automatically closed itself.

Though it is 5 days, have some patience, at first hand I know it does get very hectic and rest assured that the GM Supervisor per shift will be prioritizing each ticket.

As for the Trainer, you’ve provided me two screenshots of your Profession Skills window.
You will need to interact with Tuluradormi and then click on any new recipes that may be there to learn. In the filter tab ensure that Available and Unavailable are checked, this will minimize any confusion. At this point any learned recipes are not showing in the list.
Here’s a short video of my Paladin (Engineer) to demonstrate this process.

I will also look at a new character and show the process of crafting and
learning new recipes. We should have a step to train new recipes with
the appropriate trainer and it is a manual tick, this can’t be ignored
and skipped.

What version are you using? if you are using 9.0.32, please reinstall while logged in with your DugiGuides website Username and Password and ensure that all addons are disabled except Dugi Duides addon. It might be another addon causing this due to another huge API change with in 10.2.0 build 52095 that was released on 07 November 2023 according to release date from blue post and patch notes.
