It’s very likely you still entered the incorrect credentials, I tested your account and it does work.
a very common issue is that people are putting in their email address instead of their username for the installer.
Make sure you enter your username correctly.
do you mean with it accepting your username and password but still doesn’t log you in?
we’re thinking maybe we can allow something like the main player with the paid guides can place waypoints for other players without the guide automatically, so you both are seeing the same waypoints with the same description in-sync with each other but only the player with the paid guides can see the full instruction on the small frame etc
we’ll get that up soon
try to log out and log back in from the members area

make sure you are using the latest version of the installer available here

It only seems to be for one of my characters, a Night Elf on Khaz’goroth and the arrow’s not worked since I started this character.try typing /dugi fix
can you press the green dot on the small frame this should display the waypoint arrow.Do you see the zone map? try disabling the Zone Map by clicking the DG icon and untick Zone Map
Also when I load dugi I have to login all the time and it still showing me as trial user but I seem to be able to use the guide in game ok.This is because you have entered the incorrect user name and password, and you have just been using the trial guides. make sure you type it exactly correct, it should say Welcome hotohorikakashi
enter your username: hotohorikakashi in the field and password correct.you should be able to click on the green button next to the quest step to refresh the waypoint

maybe the arrow was moved by accident and hidden behind other ui, try typing /dugi resetI just though of a good way of doing this, we’ll see if we can implement it.
