Threat has a focus more towards damage so its more ideal for leveling and general tanking in 5 man dungeons, while mitigation is more for raiding where you can die too quickly if you dont have enough mitigation.
It’s just a TOC version update, clicking load out of date addon will work, but update now to 1.106 and it should work.

Lack of development? we just put out a massive update that took us months to complete, not good enough? leave.
and what silence? I replied twice in this very same thread, just hours earlier, scroll up. we put out two fixes in the same day to fix various new issues. I believe its implied that whatever is broken we will fix it.
