can you confirm that you have the correct version of Dugi installed for the correct version of WoW

Dugi TBC should be for Wrath 
Dugi Classic Era should be for Original Classic

can you test without any other addon loaded then try loading them one at a time, I suspect conflict with elvui but my test with dugi and elvui works fine

I think you’re installing classic file into TBC version 

classic path should be
