 are you using any other addon? you might be dugi with an incompatible addon.

it’s likely a conflict with your UI addon, try disabling any Objective Tracker movement from other addon and allow Dugi full control of the Objective tracker and it will work fine.

otherwise can you post screenshot and tell us which UI you’re using and we might be able to fix it on our end.

I still seem to be having a conflict with Spartan UI regarding mini mousever labels. Mouseover labels work if I have Dugi OR Spartan active, but not both.  Tried Leaving bartender on and turning off Spartan, and mouseovers work, so it is definitely a Spartan/Dugi conflict.  I have reported it to Spartan as well.
 

I though we fixed this already, can you check that Dugi is updated in the addon menu,  can you post screenshot

It’s possible that it is blocked by a security software, try whitelisting or disable your security software completely

we intend to add a new feature that would popup and suggest training when you level up including displaying what spell is available for training so that you can decide on your own whether its worth running back to train or not. But this won’t be available on release. At the moment you will need to decide manually when training is suitable. 

New spells and skills are generally available every 2 levels, so level 2, 4, 6 etc.

Not all functions will be available, Target button will work but Nameplates is not possible.
