Ok, I reverted back an update so I could test. When I turned off my antivirus dugi launcher updated fine and started ok.
It also worked once I restarted computer and antivirus was back on.
I will not be sure if it was the antivirus causing the problem until the next dugi update occurs and I can test it again.If it is the antivirus then I dont know what the problem is as I had no problems with them both before and dugi is allowed through the antivirus.
I just checked my anti virus and dugi was already allowed

I havent checked out my anti virus yet but ive never had a problem with it before with dugi launcherI have found since the last few updates that I can only use the dugi launcher if I manually download the guides and place the folders in their corresponding retail, classic era and wrath before hand other wise the launcher just crashes when trying to update.

I did the solutions you suggested and I was putting in all my details correctly but nothing worked.
I ended up deleting all of dugi stuff and re installed it manually, this seemed to fix both my problems I was having.Thank you for the help
I was still having this problem and I had made sure several times that I was putting in the correct details. I had no problem logging in to the website.

It only seems to be for one of my characters, a Night Elf on Khaz’goroth and the arrow’s not worked since I started this character. I have also started another character on the same realm but different race and not having any trouble with the arrow.
Tried reset, only thing that happened is my small framed window is stuck along the right side and I can only move it up or down lolAlso when I load dugi I have to login all the time and it still showing me as trial user but I seem to be able to use the guide in game ok.
I’ve got this problem too and I am not in any dungeons just questing normally.
