ok, managed to delete it, i deleted ALL configs in the WTF files and reloaded. Seems any option gives that false button.

OK, theres an context with TukUI.
Seems that Button Appears ALWAYS on logon, but is hidden by the Guide, now since TukUI manages hiding or moving windows, it blocks Dugi Guide from hiding. Maybe there is a way to put it somewhere else or delete it completely

Also the small window is not be able to be locked with TukUI
