Looks like waypoints for the Midsummer Festival quest lines are at least partly on the wrong continent (trying to send you to east of Stormwind instead of locations on Zoram Strand).
There are no quests available for 60-70 in the game yet. That won’t happen until the portal opens on June 1…
Classic and TBC are not, and never were, part of the Retail subscription. They were and are separate (one-time) purchases.
The one fix I know of (which inadvertently introduced the above problem) was to no longer suggest dual-wielding for hunters that do not (yet) have the dual-wield skill.
As a temporary measure, if you open up the above file in a text editor and go to the indicated line, near the end there is ” and and ” — remove one of those; likely just a cut-and-paste error that put in an “and” too many.
Further, on starting up, I am getting this error now:

Yes, I can more the minimap/arrow just fine, it was just the arrow icon I could not. Knowing that is per design explains it.
Another issue in the (Horde variant?) of the Winterspring guide … as part of doing “Wild Guardians” it suggests to keep killing Moontouched Owlbeast until Blue-feathered Necklace drops. That item won’t drop until the follow-up quest to “Wild Guardians” has been picked up…
