Mine says Current: 8.818   Newest: 8.817  .  It keeps searching for Addon update and does it over and over.  What do I do to fix this?

Same here.  Put in my ticket 15 hours ago.  No response.  I guess Dugi and staff are on Christmas vacation.  I play Wow by using the World of Warcraft Launcher myself.  It uses the 8.787 version of DugiGuides since that is the last one that was successfully installed.  Hope to hear from Dugi and Company before the New Year.

I did as requested by Dugi.  The Quest Arrow returned and I was able to rely on  it as I always have.  I then re-enabled Altoholic, Auctionator, Craftbar, CT_BarMod, CT_Core, CT_Library, CT_MailMod, CT_MapMod, DataStore, Fishing Buddy, HealBot, HealBot Tooltips, Immersion, Lib: Shared Media-3.0, Ovale Spell Priority, Quartz, Shared Media, Shared Media Additional Fonts, Skillet, SpellFlashCore and TomTom.  Enabling these Mods had no negative effect on the Dugi Quest Arrow.  So, as far as I am concerned, the problem I had with the Dugi Quest Arrow is resolved.  Thanks bunches, Dugi.

Build 8.771 is not loading automatically.  I have to manually click  Guide Mode  to get it to load.
