Just added in-game map for Kalimdor, Eastern Kingdom, Outland and Northrend (courtesy of WoWHead.com) with all the Locations for Portals for the Elemental Invasion Cataclysm Event.
Update your DugisGuideViewer addon to v4.332 and you will find it inside your ‘Maps’ tab.

You would need to kill the elementals if want the achievements. I’m not sure if you can still do it anymore now thou.
