Hey dugi i have bought every single guide you have made to date and total purchase of $187 am i covered for the loyalty program? or free upgrade?
Will you please check my account? I have all the guides as well but some have a zero balance. Thank you
Some guides such as Cataclysm update is at $0 such as because they were free.
Hi Dugi,
I think what you have done with the Loyalty program is a smart idea.:) I will not benefit as I am only up to $131 (no Ally guides.. Go the Horde) but it does not worry me as I will be buying the MoP guides regardless. I just wanted to say thank you for the great guides, all of them. Like others I know for a fact that without them I would be flying around in circles. Keep up the great work..:)
I have to thks you Dugi, i play only Alliance and buy all guide but i can’t reach the 175$.
But i’m upgrade to all the alliance MoP’s guide u make. U have made a great job and i continue to follow u.
gg

that´s a great ide
Hi Dugi
Can you check my balance as i have a lot of $o including the initial purchase
should be fixed now
Could you check my balance Dugi? I am showing 3 $0.00 items. I my $127.00 balance correct?
Thank You…..Griz.
the $0 on your account are free.
I also have problems that some of them says 0$
please check your receipts and make sure they are not free items.
This is a great idea, then it hit me, what about the winners of your dungeon guide competition. These people did not have to buy the dungeon guide or the cataclysm update. That is about a $65 towards this scheme that they did not get an option to spend.
I have all of your guides except the gold guide because I do not need it, but I can never take part of this scheme because even with the MOP update I will have not spent enough.
Hello … this is a great idea for your customers. I know that it will be quite a relief for some of us too … not to have to worry about paying for a “new” update when MoP comes out.
I’m not sure if what you mean about the 0 showing in purchase history is what I’m seeing on part of the items in my account, or not. I know it shows the gift voucher I purchased, but then underneath it is a $0 for the actual guide when I purchased it. I wouldn’t think that was odd except that another $35 voucher I bought does show the $35 for the item that was purchased with it below that. So, I thought I’d ask you to check my account. There is also a $0 for the Alliance and Horde Cataclysm Update, and I could swear we had to pay for that. Not sure though.
Thanks again for everything. Your Dungeon guide has been a huge help to me, and there wasn’t anything available anywhere else for a long time that was like it. I never would have figured out a lot of the instances as well without it. Thank you!

This is correct because the cost of the gift voucher itself is counted, but the product claimed with the voucher is not. Your Cataclysm update came free because the product was purchase after Cataclysm was released.
@Dugi, So is my account 120 or 155? Since I see one voucher of 85, one voucher of 35 and then the guide for 35? I just ask because I know there were some glitches with one of the vouchers, and it was refunded … but I re-purchased other items later. I just wanted to know where I’m at so I know what I’d need to do next.
P.S. Unrelated to the loyalty program … is there a way to keep Dugi Guides from seemingly resetting my tracked objectives for achievements and quests, etc that I use other add ons and Blizzard for?
****, $161….
Haha, great guides though Dugi, They have helped immeasurably!
Hi currently cant see how much ive spent can you let me
Know thanks
it should be displayed at the bottom of my account page
@Dugi, Hi i went ahead and check it out i been a member since 12/06/2009 i bought a lifetime… All i can see is $0.00
should be fixed now.
@Dugi, Thanks got a couple of bucks to go
This is awesome! I’m not sure how much I’ve spent, though, since I have quite a bit showing $0.
I’ve been a member since 2006 and I’ve bought everything but it only comes to $142 according to my account page. Is that number accurate or do I get Grandfathered in since I’m pre-2008?
you should inherit the lifetime update for pre-2008
@Dugi, thanks for not forgetting us. You are one in a million.
Awesome! Thank you!
hi dugi i adds up to $217 but i dident saw anywhere in my account that i was updeted to the loyalty program please check this
Its not visibly flagged at the moment, but if your account is over $175 it will be flagged before we release the update.
@Dugi, ok thanks!
Awesome! Between the leveling/professions and the gold academy, I’m set! Thanks!
Hi dugi,
I’ve been using your guides since 3/28/2007 however looking at the total spent i’m only at $142 i currently own all your available guides however i think the site is not showing me the original purchase of the base guild in which case that would put me in your new threshold.
Regards Mathew
You should already have the lifetime updates anyway for pre Nov 2008 purchase, but I will check your account and fix it.
@Dugi, thanks
So if I already bought every guide it only adds up to $110. This is lame if you ask me.
it should add up to more than that, Some accounts may display $0 for a purchase, this is an error please during our past database migration,. I have looked up all your purchase and fixed it.
I thought this was actually pretty cool. There aren’t too many other companies out there in the world that value older customers the way they should, and I think this is a very nice way to show older customers you care. Keep it up Dugi, I love your guides and like the guy you talked about in the video, probably couldn’t level without them.
